The CSA Operations Team (OT) is responsible for conducting the affairs of the Corporation according to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws and for accomplishing the vision and mission established by the Board of Directors. The CSA Operations Team collaborates closely with the Board of Directors to develop and otherwise implement the various programs, policies and procedures of the organization. The CSA Operations Team has responsibility for the successful implementation of programs and day-to-day operations for the Association. The guiding concern of the Operations Team is the growth and development of youth who participate in the various athletic programs.
CSA’s obligation to its members is to govern with a style that emphasizes long term vision, encouragement of diversity in viewpoints, strategic leadership, collective decisions, and sustainability.

Eligibility: New Officer candidates may be nominated by any current CSA Officer or CSA member. Information required at this time includes a brief bio, role desired, email address and phone number.
For position consideration a face to face interview with the candidate will be conducted between CSA representatives and the candidate prior to the board review meeting. The interview process must be completed and the respective evaluations submitted to the board for the nomination to be considered.
