Clarksburg Sports Association is embarking on another successful year of intramural (Recreational League) wrestling. We are also providing our more advanced wrestlers an opportunity to stay in the Clarksburg family. And again, we will be sponsoring a Beltway team!
Wrestling is a great sport for all children; our teams are for boys and girls from ages 5-14.
Intramural Wrestling
Ages: 5-14
Cost: $200
Season: Mid November 2022 to March 2023

Practice Location: Clarksburg High School Wrestling Room (rm. 175)
Members of the Intramural/Recreation teams will practice on Tuesday and Thursdays at Clarksburg High School. Kids with experience will be afforded the opportunity to practice an additional day.
All wrestlers MUST have a USA Wrestling membership (Maryland Limited Folkstyle) in order to participate. The USA Wrestling membership fee is not included as part of the CSA registration fee. USA Wrestling Membership is valid for 1 year.

Beltway Wrestling

Practice Location: Clarksburg High School Wrestling Room (rm. 175)
Beltway/Travel wrestling is geared for those children that have been wrestling for an extended period of time and have excelled on the mat at the Recreational League level.
Once again, we will be affiliated with the MJWL (Maryland Junior Wrestling League). Matches are held throughout Maryland on various days starting in December. Members of the Beltway/Travel team will be expected to practice three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Practices this year will be held once again at Clarksburg High School in room 175 (the wrestling room).
